1.Where is all the Lithium??
In the beginning of the universe, its temperature was extermly high There used to be high quantity of isotope Hydrogen,Helium and Lithium.These elements was combined in high quantity and formed the matter.There are still presence of isotope of Hydrogen and Helium in huge quantity but there is Lithium in less quantity. It is still unexplored that where is all the Lithium? We know very little about the isotope of Lithium7.Most of the scientists believe that the Lithium may trap in the core of stars but it is hypothesis not a fact and no one knows about it
2.Why is there more matter than antimatter??
We do not have any evidence about why is there more matter than antimatter in universe! According to modern physics the matter which forms by the combination of anti particles is known as anti matter.Matter is made of particles similarly antimatter is made of anti particles. Modern physics says matter and anti matter are alike and different too.When matter and anti matter combines it explode. It is believed that it may played vital role in the beginning of universe. In this hypothesis matter and anti matter collide with each other, there occurred massive explosion and the galaxies star etc formed from it residue.It is supposed that in massive space there exist particles which is formed by quark and anti quark which is responsible for interaction. Its life expectancy is very high but that of anti matter is very less.This may be the reason there exist more matter than antimatter but it is a hypothesis not exact fact.No one knows why there is more matter than anti matter..

Dark energy makes 80% of mass.But dark energy is still hypothetical matter.it is still unknown as it exist or not.It is estimated that it makes 70%content of universe.It is estimated as responsible components for beginning of universe.But there is lots of question rised About dark energy like "What is dark energy made of?, Is it constant or not?,Its density is similar to regular matter or not. Expect it three is lots of question but not answers.
4.Why do we sleep?
We know that human body work on the basis of biological clock,which is natural. It maintains the cycle of sleep and rise.sleep is that condition when our tissue is repaired.It is the reason we need to sleep.According to science a Human sleeps one third part of whole life. There is existence of animals which never sleep. In the case question rise, why do we need to sleep. Do the tissue is no need to repair that of animals which never sleep. There are lots of hypothesis to give the answer but there is no any fact to support it.During sleeping brain relax too.But when you dreamed, at that time brain works,due to which we feel asleep when we sleep for long time.
5.What is dark matter made of?
Most of the researchers have been working for several years to confirmed the existence of dark matter and what is it made of?But they didn't find it tiil now.It is assumed that our universe is made of per ionic matter but what is dark matter made of,Dark matter is non luminous matter and it do not reflect light. Existence of it can be determined using gravity. Some scientists says "Dark may made of weekly interacting Massive Particle (WIMPs)" and this particles may be larger than proton atom in size.But in fact how the dark matter was formed and from which particles. Its mystery is not solved.
6.Where is everyone?
We know that the diameter of our observer universe is 93 Billion light year,which consists of Billion of stars ,million galaxies, planet etc.But we didn't find evidence of life in a single planet, star or in any heavenly bodies.It is impossible to have life only in Earth in a such huge universe.If there is life in other planet then why can't we find evidence of life in a single planet.Million of satellite and telescope has been sent to universe to explore existence of life but the result is failed. In this case scientists try make us understand by the hypothesis Fermi paradox. It completely acts on a probability. According to this hypothesis there exist million of star in milky way galaxy similar to sun. It means there might be some planet similar to Earth and there may exist life.It is estimated that there may be some creatures advance than us and they may have develop spaceship for interstellar journey in which human are working now. There is always a question that probability of life in other planet is very high but why can't we find them.
7.How did Life Begin?
It is still unknown to us how the life was formed in the Earth and how the process worked to begin life.we try to understand The formation of universe is by the hypothesis Big bang where that of earth is Primordial hypothesis,According to this hypothesis "There was molecule formed in the Earth at beginning,which was responsible for life on the Earth. It is believed that life begun from deep ocean vent or under the ice.Volcanoes, Lightning was essential for life creation.Modern science says DNA is considered as fundamental of life on the Earth but this hypothesis says Life was formed from RNA at beginning on the Earth. Different opinion has been given but no fact is explored to support the formation of life on the Earth.
8.How do animal migrate?
Every creatures either animal,Birds or Humans migrate from one place to another on the Earth. Birds usually migrate due to change in weather or climate. We usually have listened that the birds fly in a same direction upto thousands kilometre.But it is stil mystery how do they return to home.In fact birds use different tools like Earth magnetosphere for navigation. And some of birds have their own magnetometer. But it is unexplored for animal. It is mystery how they developed it.
9.How do tectonic plate works?
It is very mysterious for us that there exist tectonic plate under the Earth crust. Eartquake, volcanoes etc occur due to movement of tectonic plate.It maintain the water cycle. It is responsible for the formation of Mountain on the Earth. That was the time when earth used to be complete land form. There was no any continent. But the Earth was divided into seven continent when the tectonic plate moved.It is unknown why the continent formed and how do the tectonic plate moves.There are lots of principles that attempt to explain the process of movement of tectonic plate but it failed to give correct answer..

Gravity is a natural phenomena that attract object towards center. We know gravity is essential for staying here.Gravity of moon is responsible for tides on the ocean. Gravity of sun keeps planet on their orbit.This is powerful forces generated from matter. But no one knows how gravity work. Before theory of relativity, scientists believe mass attract the object and mass itself is a gravity but after discovery of theory of relativity gravity is curvature of spacetime. Due to mass it curves space due to which object attracted.
