Telescope which is our third eye,which allow us to observe past and future incident of universe.Telescope can be considered as supreme technology ever invented.We can't even imagine to explore universe without telescope.Telescope can be known as time machine as it gives full details about past incident of universe.When Galileo Galilee invented telescope he might have not think that we will use it so much to be advanced civilization.Telescope gives us information about unsolved mystery of universe.
You might have listened about Hubble space telescope if you are interested in space exploration. We know that Hubble space telescope has provided us lots of mystery of universe, that changed our way to think about universe. We know that everything we know about universe is due to Hubble space telescope. It has been working for 28 years.But it become old and it is time  to install new telescope.James Webb space telescope is updated version of Hubble space telescope.  It is also known as JWST in short.It is going to launch on March 2021.Today we are going to collect knowledge about James Webb space telescope.

It is designed to unlock those mystery of universe, which Hubble space telescope failed to solve.James Webb space telescope will be 100 times more powerful than Hubble space telescope. It will be able to see more longer distance than Hubble space telescope and it has feature to take image of planet around bright star.CSA (Canadian Space Agency), ESA (European Space Agency) is interested in this project and helping financially.Most advanced instrument are used in this telescope to make it advance.The main function of this telescope is to find out and study the planet, the galaxies formed just after formation of universe. It it become able to find out oldest galaxy, we will get the reason of big bang which will be greatest discovery in the history that's why scientists are waiting for it.It will also find out the exo planet,star and alien life if exist.The primary mirror of this telescope is made by using gold plated beryllium.Its primary mirror is made by using eighteen hexagonal primary segment,whose radius is 6.5 meter.It is very big in comparison to Hubble space telescope.The diameter of primary mirror of Hubble space telescope is only 2.4 meter but the radius of primary mirror of James web space telescope is 6.5 meter. You can estimate advancement comparing it with Hubble space telescope.Hubble space telescope is able to find only ultraviolet infra red spectra close to it.But James web space telescope will be able to find ultraviolet infra red spectra very away from it and only that but Will be able to captured very blur image filtering unnecessary light.It may provide wrong information if it's temperature increased as it detect and study ultraviolet infra red spectra very away from it.That's why it is very necessary to keep it cool.It was very difficult to keep it cool, scientists found a method its primary mirror along with other four instruments is covered by silicon aluminium coated caption.This method minimize its temperature up to -223°C.It is under construction of lap of NASA, however, Canadian Space Agency (CSA)and ESA (European Space Agency) fully supporting this project.This telescope is named in the name James e.Webb who was Administration of NASA and also was a member of Apollo 11 mission.It is puzzle to know that this project has been running since 1996.But it was postponed due to finance or other technical reason.Later this project started from 2007 under the help of Canadian space Agency and European Space Agency. Later it was estimated to launch in 2018,but it postponed to make it more advance. Present date of its launching is March 2021,it may delayed due to corona virus pandemic but the scheduled date is still same.Very powerful instruments are installed in this telescope to make it advance. Some of the instruments are described below:

1.Near Infra Red Camera(NIR-Cam)

It is a type of instrument which spectral wave length is 0.6 micrometer to 0.5 Micrometer. It is made by team of Arizona university.It is designed to find out and study first formed planet, galaxies just after big bang. It will discover newly formed planet of weeper belt.Near Infra Red Camera is a type of instrument which has feature of coronagraph.Coronagraph is a instrument that have capacity to take image of blur space filtering the infra red spectra. This instrument will be able to take image of object around more brighter star.It is expected that, it will unlock the mystery of planet around bright star with the help of coronagraph.

Near Infra Red Spectra (NIR-Spec)

NIR-Spec instrument will work on wave length range in which NIR-Cam instrument is also used.This instrument is designed by ESA European Space Agency. It is designed to work in low regulation mode.It will work in other two mode except low regulation mode.The main function of Near Infra Red Spectra instrument is to captured wide lens imager or simply it is designed to study the inner object of hundred of galaxies directly at a time.

Mid Infra Red Instrument (MIRI)

Mid Infra Red Instrument will work on 5 micrometer to 27 micrometer wave length range. It is manufactured by NASA.It was very difficult to keep it cool but scientists found method,covered the instruments with silicon and aluminium coated caption. The temperature of MIRI must be below-267°C.to work properly.It is designed to study the red spectra of the galaxies,newly formed star, comets,and asteroid along with the object of weeper belt. It will provide new information of galaxies which is million of light years away. It will provide physical state of such galaxies.

Fine Guidance Sensor/Near Infra Red Imager and Slitless spectrograph (FGS/NIRISS)

Fine Guidance Sensor/Near Infra Red Imager and Slitless spectrograph instrument is designed under the help of Canadian Space Agency.It will work on the wave length range 0.8 micrometer to 5micrometer.It has capacity to design the image. High quality images can be obtained with the help of FGS/NIRISS instrument.All these instruments NIR-Cam,NIR-Spec,MIRI,Star light blocking concept, coronograph work together with FGS/NIRISS and detect the irregular Wave length of star and will be able to find the exo planet and alien life if exist.
